Anti-depress Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 persimmon
  • 1  cup of raspberries
  • cashews milk homemade
  • 2 – 3 dates
  • 1 tea spoon of cacao
  • 2 spoon of algarroba powder

preparation:

Soak the dates for about 2 hours. Put all the ingredients in the blender along with cashews milk, then blend until smooth. Ready a choctastic smoothie to warm up you! 🙂
