Arthritic Relief Smoothie


  • homemade almond milk
  • 1 cup of mix of berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • 1 fig
  • a piece of ginger




Put all of the ingredients along with the almond milk in the blender. And blend until smooth.
