Bright Eyes Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 hand full of raspberries
  • 1 persimmon

Preparation:

Juice the carrots, and oranges then put in the blender the rest of the ingredients along with the juice. Blend until smooth.

Vitamins A, B, B6, C, D, E, K, beta-carotene, folic acid, niacin and calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc.
