Strong & Healthy Hair

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small cucumber
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 hand full of spinach
  • 1 pear
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 inch fresh ginger

One for the hair

Preparation:

Juice the cucumber, apples, carrots and ginger, then add in the blender the rest of the ingredients along with the juice. Blend until smooth. Simply, right? 😉

Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, D, E and K, iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, folic acid, beta-carotene, sulphur, silicon, phyto-oestrogens and natural sugars.

How will it juice my hair?

Alfalfa sprouts are rich in phyto-oestrogens, which help to counteract the excessive stimulating effect of male hormones on the hair follicles. They are rich in silicon, excellent for the growth of strong and healthy hair. Ginger is high in organic sulphur, which stimulates the growth of healthy hair. Carrots contain beta-carotene, essential to reduce inflammation in the scalp. Cucumber is a magnificent cleanser and body cooler. It is a rich source of many trace minerals essential for maintaining a healthy head of hair.
