Why Hydrate The Body?

As the human brain is composed of 95% water; blood is 82% water; the lungs are nearly 90% water. Water is also the single most critical nutrient for health, growth, and development.

Our body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ in our body needs water to work correctly. For example, our body uses water to maintain its temperature, remove waste, and lubricate joints.

And we loose water each day when you we go to the bathroom, sweat, breathe and even when we sleep. We lose water even faster when the weather is really hot, when we are physically active, or if you have a fever.

That is why is so important to keep hydrated the body.

Natural Juices are perfect to hydrate your body. Below some recipes.

1) Beet Spring Juice


  • 3 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 beetroot
  • 1 hand full of kale



Pass all the ingredients through the juicer and that’s it ready to drink this delicious, tasty and fresh juice! ūüėČ


The beetroot is extremely good for cleaning the bloodstream and is excellent, along with lemon, for cleansing the liver and kidneys. 

2) Watermelon Hydrate Juice

  • 3 apples
  • 1 family ginger
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 lemon
  • baby lettuce



Place 1/2 apple in your juicer. Pack in the baby lettuce, add the rest of the ingredients. Juice the lot.


Watermelon, this fruit is made up of 92 percent water! But its salt, calcium and magnesium is what makes it ideal for rehydration.

4) Coconut Green Juice


  • 1 coconut water
  • 1 tea spoon of spirulina



Pour the coconut water in the blender along with a teaspoon of spirulina. Then blend until the spirulina dissolves.


There’s a reason people go crazy for this tropical drink. Unlike sports beverages, coconut water is low in carbohydrates, while still rich in potassium. And its unsweetened varieties can be very hydrating.
