Powerful Antioxidant Smoothie


  • 1 stack of celery
  • 1/4 of broccoli
  • 2 apples
  • 1 melon pear
  • 1 pear
  • 2 full hands of kale
  • 1/4  teaspoon of spirulina



Juice the apples, celery, melon pear, and add to the blender the rest of the ingredients along with the juice. Than blend until smooth

Vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), C,  A, and E, potassium, calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, sodium, and zinc. Essential amino acids, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid (LA), stearidonic acid (SDA), etc.

Spirulina is a fantastic source of antioxidants, which can protect against oxidative damage.
