Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 4 apples
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon of spirulina
  • mint (just a small amount)
  • 1 hand of physalis

Preparation:

Juice the apples. Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender along with the juice. Blend until smooth – Enjoy! 🙂
