Skin Young Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 figs
  • 1 full hand of almonds
  • 2 spoon of linseed
  • 1 teaspoon of maca

Preparation:

First, the night before, put the almonds and the linseed in a bowl with filtered water.

Second, take out the pomegranate seeds, and juice them. And place the almonds, linseed including the water and the rest of the ingredients in the blender along with the pomegranate juice. Than blend until smooth.
