Smoothie Focus Blood

Ingredients:

  • 1 beetroot
  • 5 orange
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tea spoon chia seed

Preparation:

Juice the orange, beetroot, carrots. Place the banana and peach in the blender, along with the juice. Blend until smooth.

Potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, B6 and C, folic acid, carbohydrates, protein, antioxidants and soluble fibre.

How will it help me?

Beetroot contains high concentrations of nitrates, which are converted into nitrites by bacteria in the mouth. Nitrites help open blood vessels in the body, increasing blood flow and oxygen to places lacking in oxygen.
