Yoga practice should always be adapted to the individual taking into account their body type, age, and particular state of health, that’s what makes private classes the best option.
In our first session, we will discuss your goals, your physical condition and what you want to develop with your yoga practice. From there, I will create a custom sequence which could be a Dynamic Flow or a Slow Flow. I will put together yoga asana and pranayama with modern elements of functional training, Pilates, dynamic stretching and calisthenics.
Private sessions are a great way to learn whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner who wants to extend their own practice.
